"Memories of Distant Waters" is a moody blue abstract painting filled with movement and depth.  This artwork measure 122cm wide by 76cm high. Inspired by watching pink sunsets reflect on dark indigo waters. Rich dark blues with accents of turquoise and pink work together to create a feeling of drama. 
 
This piece of art was created with many layers of oil paint and with the use of my favourite tool, the palette knife, giving the surface a rich, layered texture you can see and feel and get lost in.
